1. Who we are

domainbrokers.eu (the "Website") is operated by Toros Ricos OÜ, registration number 167671, registered at Kiikri 6/2, 10159 Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us"). Contact: info@domainbrokers.eu.

2. Acceptance

By using the Website or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. Listings are invitations to treat

Prices and availability shown in the domain catalog are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. "POR" means price on request. A domain is only sold or leased once a written agreement is concluded between you and us, or between you and the domain owner where we act as broker.

4. Enquiries and offers

Submitting an enquiry or an offer amount through the Website does not create a contract and does not reserve a domain. We may accept, decline or counter any offer at our discretion, and may withdraw a listing at any time.

5. Domain Broker Service

• The service fee is €49 per domain and is payable in advance.
• If an acquisition is agreed, a commission of 20% of the agreed purchase price is payable in addition to that price.
• We commit a dedicated broker for up to 30 days to mediate with the current owner. We cannot and do not guarantee that a domain will be acquired.
• The €49 fee covers the broker's work and is not refundable if the owner declines to sell. No commission is charged where no sale is agreed.

6. Leasing

Domain leases are billed monthly in advance in euro unless agreed otherwise. The lessee receives the right to use the domain for the agreed term; ownership and registrar control remain with the registrant until any agreed transfer takes place. Minimum terms and renewal conditions are set out in the individual lease agreement.

7. Payment and transfer

Prices are stated in euro and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Transfers are completed through a recognised escrow or registrar transfer process once cleared funds have been received.

8. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are legally able to enter into a transaction, and that your intended use of a domain does not infringe any third-party trade mark or other right.

9. Liability

The Website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Intellectual property

The DomainBrokers name, logo, page content and design are owned by Toros Ricos OÜ and may not be reproduced without permission, except as permitted in our brand book.

We collect and process personal data submitted through the Website's contact and enquiry forms. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.

13. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version published on this page at the time you submit an enquiry is the version that applies to it.
