Who we are

This website, domainbrokers.eu, is operated by Toros Ricos OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under registration number 167671, with its registered address at Kiikri 6/2, 10159 Tallinn, Estonia. What personal data we collect

This website contains contact and enquiry forms, and we do collect personal data through them. Specifically:

• Contact form — your name, email address, the content of your message, and the fact that you accepted our terms.
• Domain buy / lease enquiry forms — your name, email address, telephone number and country dialling code (if provided), the amount you wish to offer, the domain the enquiry relates to, and your acceptance of our terms.
• Technical data — the IP address, browser user agent and referring page associated with a form submission. We use this only to prevent abuse and spam.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and negotiate a domain purchase, lease or brokerage on your behalf — necessary for taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, or for performing that contract.
• To keep records of enquiries and offers, and to protect the website from automated abuse — our legitimate interest in operating a secure and accountable service.
• To comply with accounting, tax and anti-fraud obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.

Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to operate the website and, for staff members, to keep them signed in to the administration area. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Who we share data with

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions: our website and database hosting provider, and our email provider. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a transaction takes place, in which case related records are kept for the period required by Estonian accounting law (currently seven years). Anti-abuse technical records are deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or provide it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@domainbrokers.eu. You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
